CCAN Members Council

CCAN Members Council is comprised of:

  • Representatives from national cancer-site / population organizations
  • Representatives from specific national cancer patient support organizations
  • Provincial chairs from functioning provincial CCANs across Canada
  • Patient voice representatives appointed to each of the Canadian Partnership Against Cancer Action Groups
At present, membership is available exclusively to those agencies or organizations operating in Canada with an outreach and/or focus on advancing patient interests at a broad national level.

CCAN Associate Membership

In Autumn of 2010, CCAN introduced a membership level specifically for community-based, grassroots organizations working in the cancer community across Canada.

Some of the benefits of a CCAN Associate Membership are:

  • The opportunity to post your organizational website link to our website
  • Access to the latest news in cancer control from a CCAN patient perspective, including our e-Bulletins
  • Opportunities to become actively involved in the CCAN Patient Voice Network
  • Access to specialized online training tutorials (e-learning) for our patient voice representatives
